My boyfriend got this for me around Christmas time at Wegmans. We hadn’t seen a chocolate bar that claimed to contain no sugars, so this was interesting to try. Unfortunately I was unable to actually try it out until a month later, but at the same time, I have to admit that I wasn’t really looking forward to it. I’ve tried stevia in coffee and other food things, and I can’t say I’m in love with it. I prefer cane sugar or whatever is commonly used, but hey, it doesn’t hurt to try it again and in chocolate for once.

This is a milk chocolate bar, and I have to say that though I could kind of tasted some milkiness in the chocolate, it otherwise seemed fake. It kind of reminded me of using sweet’n low in coffee rather than regular sugar or raw sugar. It’s just not the same. BUT, if you need to stay away from sugar or need to decrease your sugar intake, this might help feed your chocolate cravings and support your health. My boyfriend was fine with this chocolate, so I’m giving the rest of it to him.

For myself and others who are fine with sugar, I would rather eat dark chocolate to fit into my healthy lifestyle 😉
